Deluxe Printery will not be liable for any legal issues arising from your submitted content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing inappropriate or restricted materials.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes (including GST) will be applied as per applicable law.
Orders must be fully paid before production unless otherwise agreed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with reputed courier and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Deluxe Printery shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit by third-party couriers. Please provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
7. Refunds & Replacements
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated via the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective.
8. Limitation of Liability
Deluxe Printery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deluxe Printery, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
